Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. This remote role involves market analysis, costing, and incentive plan modeling to keep pay structures competitive and equitable.

Your work will include interpreting regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements, plus developing internal policies for compensation programs and supporting special data projects across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers compensation programs, design and modeling.
• Performs market analysis, costing, job analysis and reviews.
• Provides compensation recommendations and costing.
• Interprets regulatory guidelines and CBAs for compensation items.
• Assists in policies/standards for compensation programs and data projects.
