Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement for clients already live on D365 SCM. You will focus on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning operations, driving measurable value from existing investments.

This role emphasizes client-facing delivery, strategic advisory, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities for practice leadership and accelerating optimization offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including live production environments.
• Proven track record closing gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with D365 SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, logistics.
• Ability to lead enhancement roadmaps, translate pain points into improvements, and guide execution.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify underused capability, drift, and gaps.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on supply chain process improvements to realize value from existing implementations.
• Gather and analyze ongoing pain points and translate them into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and designs.
• Identify opportunities to apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to processes.
• Support expanding client relationships and grow the practice's optimization offerings.
• Contribute to Crowe's methodologies, accelerators, and best practices; mentor team members.
