Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on D365 SCM experience.
• Experience supporting or optimizing live production environments.
• Strong understanding of Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify gaps and drift.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to improve adoption and performance.
• Translate business pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide teams through execution and ensure delivery excellence.
• Apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
