Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management consultant for post-go-live optimization. You will work in a remote-first environment, partnering with clients to maximize the value of existing D365 SCM investments across inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, practical optimization, and leadership in roadmap design, with opportunities for practice leadership and growth within Crowe's AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live production environments.
• Proven ability to close gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business pain points into scoped improvements and guide execution.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify gaps and underused capabilities.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on process improvements to realize more value.
• Gather and analyze pain points to create an enhancement roadmap.
• Translate issues into prioritized designs and system configuration changes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Copilot automation.
• Expand client relationships and grow optimization and managed services.
• Contribute to Crowe's methodologies and mentor team members.
