Job summary

Crowe's Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice is expanding, seeking an experienced D365 SCM consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement for clients already live on D365 SCM, across inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning.

You will work in a client-facing environment, turning existing investments into measurable value, with autonomy and a clear path to practice leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 SCM experience in live environments.
• Proven track record closing the gap between designed capability and actual use.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and directors.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify gaps and underused capabilities.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise on inventory optimization, procurement and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and designs.
• Lead execution of enhancements and guide teams through delivery.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Copilot-driven automation to SCM processes.
• Grow the optimization and managed services offering and contribute to Crowe's methodologies.
