Job summary

Crowe's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management practice is expanding, seeking an experienced consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvements for clients already live on D365 SCM.

You will partner with clients to close gaps between platform capabilities and day-to-day operations across inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning, delivering measurable value with autonomy and growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including production environments.
• Proven track record identifying and closing gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, logistics.
• Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps and guide teams.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capability, drift, and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
• Optimize advanced SCM capabilities in production to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on inventory, procurement, and warehouse improvements to realize value.
• Gather and analyze pain points and translate into an enhancement roadmap and designs.
• Differentiate fix vs. improve opportunities and route to the right teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Copilot-driven automation to SCM processes.
• Expand client relationships and grow optimization and managed services offerings.
• Contribute to Crowe's methodologies and mentor team members.
