Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement for clients already live on D365 SCM. You will focus on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning operations with a client-facing, strategic mindset.

The role emphasizes turning existing investments into measurable value, working in a remote-first environment with periodic on-site visits, and opportunities for practice leadership and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live production environments.
• Proven ability to close gaps between designed capability and actual usage.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capabilities, configuration drift, and gaps.
• Optimize Master Planning, Transportation, and Quality Management in production.
• Advise on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate pain points into an enhancement roadmap, designs, and system changes.
• Differentiate fix-it vs. improve-it opportunities and route to the right team.
• Apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
• Grow client relationships and expand optimization and managed services.
• Contribute to Crowe's methodologies and mentor team members.
