Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live production environments.
• Proven track record closing gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capabilities and gaps.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities and close adoption gaps.
• Advise on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and system designs.
• Lead enhancement roadmaps and guide teams through execution.
• Identify opportunities to apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to SCM processes.
• Grow client relationships and the practice's optimization and managed services offering.
• Contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies and mentor team members.
