Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live production environments.
• Proven ability to identify gaps between designed and actual usage and drive adoption.
• Strong understanding of Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse modules.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and directors.
• Ability to lead roadmaps and guide teams through execution.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capabilities and gaps.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities like Master Planning, Transportation, and Quality Management.
• Advise on inventory optimization, demand planning, and warehouse efficiency.
• Translate pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and designs.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to practice leadership.
