Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization for clients already live on D365 SCM. The role focuses on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning, driving measurable value and adoption.

You will partner with clients, guide when to enhance versus fix, and help mature the optimization practice. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on D365 SCM experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including optimization of live production environments.
• Strong ability to translate business pain points into scoped improvements and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify gaps between designed and actual usage.
• Lead optimization roadmaps and configure changes in the system.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to post-go-live optimization offerings.
• Advise clients on inventory optimization, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
