Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a computing or engineering field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms (Nexthink) and telemetry dashboards
• Familiarity with ITSM integrations via REST APIs and JSON payloads

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and DEX issues
• Coordinate with field support teams on OS issues
• Analyze telemetry and support trends to identify root causes and risk
• Develop and maintain support docs, knowledge bases, and governance practices
• Own and govern the DEX platform across the device fleet and integrations with ITSM
• Design and implement automation, remote actions, and dashboards to improve device health and user experience
• Keep abreast of industry trends to identify automation opportunities
• Drive adoption of digital experience capabilities with stakeholders
• Oversee DEX strategy and governance at senior levels
