Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Proven track record of seven-figure opportunities across multi-buying centers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in customer engagements.
• Experience delivering customized technical presentations and workshops.
• Pre-Sales experience into large, global enterprises.
• Technical expertise in Networking, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security.
• Experience partnering with customer success or support to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales quotas by building strategic, technical account plans for complex engagements.
• Conduct advanced discovery to align priorities of prospects and customers.
• Build senior relationships (VP+), establishing Palo Alto Networks as a trusted partner.
• Position, demonstrate, and design high-level solutions across the PANW portfolio for large enterprises.
• Lead complex technical validation efforts to secure technical wins.
• Promote integrated solutions and drive platform adoption with services.
• Own day-to-day technical ownership and advise assigned accounts.
• Support customers post-sale by monitoring usage and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
