Job summary

3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships. You will engage with customers, provide product education, and offer consultative problem-solving while partnering with two Account Managers to drive value and renewal success.

You will build knowledge of 3E's Protect and Insight portfolios, guide customers through capabilities, deliver training, and identify opportunities to expand usage across Eastern and Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, client services, software training, or a related customer-facing role in SaaS/tech.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse customer stakeholders.
• Experience helping customers learn software, adopt capabilities, and achieve outcomes.
• Experience supporting renewals, retention, or expansion in a recurring-revenue business.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of 3E's product portfolio, including Protect and Insight, and help customers realize value.
• Create and execute customer success plans, lead proactive outreach, and identify opportunities to increase product usage.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and help them adopt new features and workflows.
• Partner with two Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and support renewal success.
• Monitor engagement, product usage, and feedback to anticipate risks and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to connect customers with experts and resources.
• Share insights and emerging needs with internal teams to improve products and processes.
