Job summary

3E is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients leverage our evolving portfolio of solutions. You will partner with two Account Managers, acting as a trusted advisor to guide customers through complex solutions and optimize value delivery.

You will impact the customer experience by building confidence in our products, identifying adoption opportunities, and collaborating with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, client services, or related role in SaaS/tech.
• Strong relationship-building and empathetic engagement with customer stakeholders.
• Experience teaching software, driving adoption, and achieving outcomes.
• Clear communication and presentation, explaining complex info simply.
• Organizational skills to manage meetings, priorities, and commitments.
• Comfort discussing challenging conversations and aligning expectations.
• Curiosity to learn multiple products in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and help realize ongoing value from 3E solutions.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and drive adoption of new features.
• Develop and execute customer success plans to increase product usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support retention and growth.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to identify risks and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product to connect customers with experts.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and processes.
• Increase product knowledge across 3E portfolio, including Protect and Insight.
