3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and maximize value from the evolving portfolio of solutions.

You will work closely with two Account Managers, guiding clients through product education and consultative problem-solving to achieve business objectives. Remote role with some travel and potential hybrid options near a 3E office.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS role.
• Strong relationship-building and empathetic engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience helping customers learn software, adopt capabilities, and achieve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to drive continued value from 3E solutions.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and promote feature adoption.
• Lead proactive outreach to increase product usage and engagement with customers.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support retention and growth.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to anticipate risks and coordinate timely solutions.
• Coordinate with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product to meet customer needs.
