Cribl is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted advisor, driving customer outcomes and value across the post-sales journey. You will work with observability pipelines, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and demonstrate the value of Cribl solutions at scale.

This remote-first role requires deep technical knowledge of data pipelines, IT operations, and security, with the ability to translate technical results into business value for executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a post-sales customer advocacy/engagement role.
• Strong communication and relationship management to manage expectations with empathy.
• Experience presenting in program reviews or similar events.
• Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Ability to develop new use-cases to derive customer value.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted/strategic advisor for customers across the customer lifecycle.
• Build out observability pipelines to transform data within the customer environment.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive success plans and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with tech-touch customers using data-driven metrics.
• Identify and expand data use-cases to increase value and usage.
