Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Customer Education professional to design and deliver scalable training programs for customers. You will guide learners from onboarding to advanced product adoption, blending live sessions with digital content across our SaaS platform.

You’ll develop learning assets, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with Success and Product teams to continuously improve content and outcomes. Remote-friendly with a flexible model.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars/vILT to external audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create digital learning assets using AI and authoring tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning objectives.
• Self-directed, analytical, and able to learn new products quickly.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate content.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• 3–4 years teaching or delivering training, including 1 year in scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based programs guiding customers from onboarding to advanced adoption.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live sessions and community experiences.
• Create and update training materials per team standards and brand guidelines.
• Leverage in-house tools and platforms to optimize training delivery (Samsara Community, in-house AI tools; Slido).
• Demonstrate Samsara platform expertise and handle customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics: registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, post-session resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and collect feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with Customer Success and Product teams to address them.
