Launch Potato seeks a senior CRO/marketing professional to own high‑impact landing page and funnel tests. You will drive revenue through hands‑on building, multi‑variate analysis, and rigorous testing across high‑traffic campaigns.

You’ll balance competing KPIs while partnering with Copy, Design, and Media teams to move fast. You bring 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO, experience QA’ing launches, and a strong sense of UX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO execution.
• Experience running tests, QA, and reporting test outcomes.
• Experience improving lead-form pages end-to-end through UI/UX savvy.
• Able to update copy, layout and flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Strong analytics with GA/Looker or similar.
• Clear communicator across Copy, Design, and Media teams.
• Industry experience in verticals like financial services, home services, or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance.
• Build, launch, and report on experiments across high-traffic campaigns.
• Deliver revenue-driving optimizations and ensure flawless execution.
• Balance internal and external KPI expectations.
• Collaborate with optimization leads and become SME on assigned offers.
• Prepare and hand off assets; support fast idea iteration.
