Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a CRO and Performance Marketing specialist to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests across multi-channel campaigns. You will implement, QA, and report on optimizations end-to-end, balancing internal and external KPIs with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to drive revenue growth, own outcomes, and iterate quickly in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks through to completion
• Experience with direct response marketing and high-volume testing
• Proven track record in running tests, QA, and reporting outcomes
• Ability to update copy, layouts, and page flows in testing tools or CMS
• Solid understanding of factors affecting conversion across funnel stages
• Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker
• Ability to manage competing KPIs under internal/external pressure
• Experience optimizing lead forms end-to-end with UI/UX insight
• Clear communication across Copy, Design and Media teams
• Creative mindset to identify UX friction and propose improvements
