Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a performance marketing/CRO expert to lead high-impact landing-page and funnel experiments. You will own test strategy, QA, and execution, driving revenue-driven optimizations across copy, UI/UX, and form flows for large campaigns.

You will work with Copy, Design and Media teams in a remote-first environment, tracking multiple KPIs and delivering clear, actionable insights. A minimum of 5+ years in CRO or performance marketing is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO execution.
• Experience launching tests, owning strategy, QA and implementation.
• Strong understanding of direct response and high-volume testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests for high traffic campaigns.
• Build and launch optimizations across copy, UI/UX and advertiser flow.
• Document test results and insights to inform future work.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to accelerate ideas and reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Copy, Design and Media teams for launches.
