Job summary

Launch Potato is a performance marketing and CRO-focused company with a remote-first team across 18 countries. This role executes high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize revenue across large campaigns, bringing hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, and meticulous reporting to life.

The candidate will balance KPI expectations, work with Copy, Design, and Media teams, and continually iterate to improve conversion and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and task ownership; thrives on getting things done.
• Experience with direct response mechanics and high-volume testing in verticals such as finance or home services.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Solid understanding of what impacts conversion, even if not the strategist.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms like GA or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration while balancing KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Design, and Media teams for launches.
• Create and monitor clear reports that track multiple KPIs.
