Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a results-driven CRO specialist with 5+ years in performance marketing to lead landing page and funnel optimization. You will run A/B tests, QA launches, and report outcomes, collaborating with Copy, Design and Media teams to drive conversions at scale.

You’ll own test execution across high-traffic campaigns, analyze data in Google Analytics and Looker, and balance multiple KPIs to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO role.
• Experience running A/B tests, QAing launches, and reporting outcomes.
• Ability to update copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Build revenue-driving optimizations through hands-on building, multivariate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Balance internal and external KPI expectations across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to finalize creative and prep launches.
• Create and monitor reports tracking multiple KPIs for ongoing optimization.
