Job summary

Launch Potato seeks a results-driven CRO/Performance Marketing Lead to run high-impact landing page and funnel tests for scalable acquisition. You will hands-on build, test, and report optimizations across top campaigns while balancing internal and external KPIs.

With 5+ years in CRO or performance marketing, you’ll collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to improve UX and conversion, driving revenue and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role; launched tests and owned strategy.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA launches, and reporting test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS; understands conversion drivers.
• Solid understanding of what impacts conversion, even if not the strategist.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
• Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive competing KPIs.
• Experience optimizing lead form pages end-to-end through UI/UX savvy.
• Clear communicator who can work across Copy, Design, and Media teams.
• Creative mindset — spot UX friction and suggest improvements based on behavior.
• Industry/vertical experience in finance, home services, insurance, or lead-form categories.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Build and launch optimizations through hands-on coding and testing.
• Perform multi-variate analyses and track KPI trends.
• Document test results clearly to inform future optimizations.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to move ideas quickly and reduce bottlenecks.
• Serve as SME for assigned offer verticals and drive efficient launches.
