Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a seasoned CRO/Performance Marketing Specialist to own high-impact landing page tests and funnel optimizations. You will build, launch, and report on multivariate experiments to improve conversion and revenue across top campaigns.

You will collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams, QA launches, and maintain rigorous test documentation to ensure timely, measurable improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Experience optimizing lead form pages end-to-end through UI/UX savvy.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Strong understanding of what impacts conversion.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Build and monitor multi-variate analyses, launches, and reports to drive revenue.
• Ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration; balance internal and external KPIs.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and reduce bottlenecks.
• Prepare inputs for launches and handoffs across Copy, Design, and Media teams.
