Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Performance Marketing/CRO specialist to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests for enterprise-scale campaigns. You will own test strategy, QA, and analysis, collaborating across Copy, Design, and Media to optimize conversions and revenue.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll move quickly across multiple launches, balancing KPIs and timelines, and reporting insights to inform future optimizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO execution.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Solid understanding of what impacts conversion and how to optimize it.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to finalize creative and prep launches efficiently.
• Create and monitor clear reports that track multiple KPIs, both internal and external.
