Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a performance marketing specialist focused on CRO and landing-page optimization. You will execute high-impact tests across top campaigns and bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, and rigorous reporting.

You will collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to ensure flawless execution, monitor KPI progress, and iterate quickly to improve conversions across high-traffic funnels.

Qualifications

• Strong follow-through and task ownership; thrives on getting things done.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA launches, and reporting test outcomes.
• Understanding direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
• Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive KPIs.
• Experience optimizing lead-form pages end-to-end.
• Clear communicator across Copy, Design, and Media teams.
• Creative mindset—spot UX friction and suggest improvements.
