Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) or Senior CAM in San Antonio, TX to lead territory sales, applying clinical knowledge to promote Sobi products and communicate on-label benefits. The role is remote within the territory and requires strong collaboration with the Regional Sales Director.

Required BA/BS in business or science and a minimum of 5 years hospital selling experience, with 3+ years in specialty sales; biologics experience is highly valued. Travel up to 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hospital selling experience in pharma/biotech.
• 3+ years specialty sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Biologics sales experience and transition of care knowledge preferred.
• Based in or near the territory; travel up to 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sobi products to healthcare professionals and promote on-label clinical benefits.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan; analyze territory sales data weekly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines; manage call activity and expenses.
