Job summary

Sobi's Clinical Account Manager role in Birmingham, AL is a remote position within the territory. You will serve as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation, delivering clinical knowledge of Sobi products and communicating on-label benefits to healthcare professionals.

The position requires 5+ years in hospital and specialty pharmaceuticals, with biologics experience and the ability to travel up to 40-50%. Base salary ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Located within the territory
• BA/BS in business or science
• Minimum of 5 years with dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience
• A CAM will have a minimum of 3 years’ of biologics sales experience that will utilize a specialty pharmacy or 8 years with dedicated hospital selling experience
• Demonstrated history of high sales performance
• Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
• Travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, up to 40-50%
• Must be based in or near the given geographic territory (relocation not provided)

Responsibilities

• Represent Sobi’s products to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales within a geographic area
• Promote appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in line with guidelines
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and sales goals
• Report all call activity and customer information in the call reporting system
• Travel within the territory, including overnights as required
• Ensure timely administration tasks and expense submissions
