Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to lead sales demand creation by promoting Sobi products within a defined territory. The CAM will communicate on-label clinical benefits, deliver marketing strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with PhRMA, OIG, and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Located within the territory.
• Strong relationships and hospital systems knowledge in the territory.
• GPO market segment experience.
• Rare disease experience (3–5 years).
• Oral meds, specialty Pharmacies and HUB experience (3–5 years).
• Hospital selling experience in Pharma/Biotech (5+ years) with 3 years specialty sales or 8 years hospital selling experience.
• Biologics sales with specialty pharmacy experience and transition of care/patient journey knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sobi's products to a defined customer base and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and disease-state understanding.
• Develops and implements a territory business plan; weekly analysis of sales data.
• Strict regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts and events.
• Travel within the territory, including overnights as needed; may include weekends.
