ACD Direct, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and Jr. Account Executives in a remote, client-focused role. You will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive renewals, and coordinate with operations, IT, and QA to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, KPI reviews, and managing escalation and SLA adherence while tracking client satisfaction and growth opportunities across diverse nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Executive or account management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of client accounts and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and develops a team of account executives.
• Owns a book of high-value client accounts and ensures renewals.
• Enforces SLA and escalation policies and coordinates with internal teams.
• Leads meetings, reviews KPIs, and coaches staff for performance.
• Maintains client relationships and identifies upsell opportunities.
