KENTECH Consulting Inc. is hiring a Client Success Account Manager to manage key client relationships remotely in the United States. You will drive onboarding, activation, renewals and expansion, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.

The role emphasizes strong communication, account planning, and proactive risk management across multiple accounts in a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in customer success or account management.
• Experience onboarding, activation, and renewals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience with CRM platforms and client analytics.

Mansioni

• Own primary relationship with assigned client accounts.
• Drive onboarding, activation, renewals, retention and expansion.
• Develop and maintain account plans for clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Marketing and Sales.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactive client communications.
