Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project delivery.
