Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead and manage all operational aspects of servicing and retaining clients across the life cycle from implementation through renewal.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and onboarding.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains solid client relationships through onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Ensures service levels and accurate documentation across client programs.
• Leads core client teams to meet client needs during renewals.
• Analyzes issues and coordinates resolution with internal partners.
• Supports implementation and onboarding for new business.
• Educates clients on Sav-Rx systems and processes.
