Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering or enterprise AI delivery experience.
• Proven ability to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI-powered workflows in enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and solution delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and production AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket AI accelerators and Agent Packs into enterprise ecosystems.
• Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to tailor AI solutions.
• Communicate capabilities, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to technical and business audiences.
