Job summary

NewRocket seeks a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy AI-powered workflows within banking and fintech environments. You will work with clients to translate requirements into scalable, secure AI solutions using Claude and other platforms.

You will engineer end-to-end deployments, partner with consultants, product teams, and AI engineers, and contribute to NewRocket’s Intelligence Platform and accelerators. A strong foundation in full-stack engineering and responsible AI is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or enterprise platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions.
• Experience with banking or enterprise workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, configure, and operationalize AI workflows within client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Build and integrate AI accelerators and agent packs for enterprise use cases.
• Communicate capabilities, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
