Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team and work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows and integrations across ServiceNow and enterprise systems. The role blends full-stack engineering with enterprise integration and practical AI delivery, leveraging Claude and the Anthropic API for secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering or related delivery roles.
Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications.
Experience integrating enterprise systems in production.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Willingness to travel and work with clients.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows within client ServiceNow environments and enterprise ecosystems.
Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and production plans.
Integrate NewRocket accelerators and AI packs into enterprise environments.
Collaborate with customers and delivery teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
Ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready AI deployments.
