Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows for enterprise clients. This remote role requires heavy travel (~70%) and close collaboration with customer teams, consultants, and AI engineers to translate business problems into secure, production-ready solutions.

You will work with Claude, Anthropic API, and ServiceNow integrations, driving responsible AI, RAG, and reusable patterns across the NewRocket AI Foundry platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Strong background in full-stack development, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, AI workflows, RAG, or agent-based solutions.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern AI tooling.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client ServiceNow environments.
• Translate client requirements into architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflows.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to business processes and data sources.
• Lead workshops, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Communicate capabilities, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
