Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team and work directly with clients to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflow solutions across enterprise environments.

You'll blend full-stack development, enterprise integration, and generative AI implementation while collaborating with business consultants and customer stakeholders to translate real-world problems into secure, reliable AI-driven outcomes, leveraging Claude and Anthropic

Qualifications

5–8 years in software engineering or related tech delivery roles.
Strong full-stack development and API integration experience.
Experience building AI/LLM-powered apps and RAG systems.
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Customer-facing engineering or consulting background.

Responsibilities

Deploy AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automations in client environments.
Translate client requirements into technical architectures and production-ready solutions.
Integrate NewRocket AI accelerators and workflow solutions into enterprise environments.
Work with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
Support workshops, demos, pilots, and production rollouts.
Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
Build secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Develop reusable deployment patterns and documentation.
