Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers to deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. This role blends full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, and responsible AI practices.

You will lead client engagements, design scalable AI solutions using Claude and other platforms, develop reusable patterns, and mentor teams while travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/enterprise delivery experience.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize AI workflows in client ServiceNow environments and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflow solutions into client environments.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
• Support workshops, pilots, and production rollouts with clear AI capability communication.
