NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work on the AI Foundry team, deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions for enterprise customers. The role blends full-stack engineering with enterprise integrations, leveraging Claude and Anthropic APIs, RAG, and structured outputs to deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to work in fast-moving customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy agentic AI workflows and automations in client ServiceNow environments.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, accelerators, and workflows into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with business consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Produce demos, prototypes, and repeatable patterns for delivery teams.
• Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
