Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy and scale AI-powered workflows for enterprise clients. You will work directly with customers to translate business needs into secure, reliable AI solutions using Claude and related tools.

This role combines full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, and client-facing delivery. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, consultants, and customer stakeholders to design, prototype, and productionize agentic workflows, RAG

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Strong full-stack development with APIs and microservices.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, AI-enabled automations, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise data platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Ability to travel ~25% and work with customers in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and automations within client ServiceNow environments.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, accelerators, and workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to their operating models and data sources.
• Communicate AI capabilities and adoption considerations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Stay current on Anthropic Claude capabilities and enterprise deployment practices.
