Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a technical VoIP role (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure, routers, firewalls, OSI model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer during deployment.
• Work with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor and provide ongoing deployment support, including after-hours.
