Job summary
CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery department in the United States. You will work with Relativity staff, resolve software issues, and help set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions. You will test releases and train end users while staying current with Relativity analytics tools.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in litigation support, are Relativity RCA certified, and hold a relevant advanced degree. U.S.
Qualifications
- Ten years of litigation support experience with Relativity.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Experience managing multiple tasks in scope of work.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
- Perform data culling and searches using complex indices for matters.
- Resolve user issues with access, slowness, and viewer installation.
- Collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software issues.
- Lead testing of Relativity releases and develop templates/workflows.
- Stay current with Relativity changes and plugins; engage user portal.
- Deliver Relativity demos, training, and user documentation.
