Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team, working directly with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues, and to test Relativity releases. You will set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across all workspaces or an entire division.

We value a candidate with extensive Relativity experience, RCA certifications, and a track record of supporting complex litigation matters. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of litigation support experience with four years in Relativity
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff
• Perform data culling and identification for complex searches and domain types
• Resolve user issues with access, performance, or installation with technical support
• Lead Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation for workflows
