Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in a full-time role. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues, participate in testing releases, and help establish templates, views, and workflows across divisions.

You will maintain proficiency in Relativity and its analytics tools, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. A strong background in litigation support and a U.S.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience, including four years in Relativity
• Master’s degree or a JD; or a BA with three additional years of experience substituted for a Master’s
• Relativity RCA certification required
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for searches and domain types
• Collaborate with the CFTC’s technical support group to resolve user issues
• Work directly with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces
• Stay proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools and related plugins
• Act as Relativity SME advocate by proposing ideas through the Relativity User Portal
• Perform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation
