Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in the United States. You will work directly with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues and play a key role in testing Relativity releases, as well as setting up templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across all workspaces or an entire division.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in litigation support with Relativity expertise, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in litigation support, with 4+ years in Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification required; multiple Relativity certifications a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches.
• Resolve user issues with access, performance, and viewer installation with techncial teams.
• Lead testing of Relativity releases and create templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date Relativity knowledge and participate in user portals and forums.
• Create Relativity demos, training, and end-user documentation.
