Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues, test releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

You should have 10+ years in litigation support with Relativity, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This role requires U.S. citizenship and is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in litigation support with Relativity experience.
• Master’s or JD; or Bachelor’s plus three years of experience.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling to support search terms and domain types in Relativity for litigation matters.
• Coordinate with FTC’s technical support to resolve user issues (access, slowness, and viewer installation).
• Collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity releases and setup templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces or divisions.
• Stay proficient with Relativity analytics tools and plugins; follow Relativity updates.
• Submit feature ideas via Relativity User Portal and promote them within eLaw.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation.
