Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery Department. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, assist with testing releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows across divisions.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years in litigation support, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The team values collaboration and professional growth within a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in litigation support with Relativity experience.
• Master's degree or J.D. or equivalent substituted experience.
• RCA certification required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff.
• Perform data culling and specialized searches in Relativity for litigation matters.
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve access, slowness, and viewer issues.
• Lead Relativity demos, training, and user documentation for workflows.
• Keep current with Relativity updates and integrations.
