Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, assist in testing releases, and help establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows across divisions.

The role emphasizes advanced Relativity support, data culling, and ongoing proficiency with Relativity analytics tools. Strong communication and security clearances are required for this government-focused position.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience with several years in Relativity.
• Master's degree or JD; or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years additional experience.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within defined scope.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Perform data culling and identified searches in Relativity for holds, terms, and domains.
• Resolve user issues with access, performance, and viewer installation with the tech team.
• Collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity releases and set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows.
• Stay current with Relativity features, plugins, and integrations.
• Advocate for new features via Relativity User Portal and internal channels.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation.
