Job summary

CGS is seeking a Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in Atlanta. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues and help test releases, while setting up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in litigation support, RCA certification, US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust. The role offers a rigorous, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth, RELATIVITY analytics, and training

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience including four (4) years in Relativity
• Master’s degree or J.D., or Bachelor’s plus 3 years experience substitution
• Relativity RCA certification required or equivalent
• US citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff
• Perform data culling and identification using advanced search terms and indices
• Coordinate with technical support to resolve access, slowness, or viewer issues
• Conduct Relativity demos, trainings, and create user documentation
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates/views/workflows across workspaces
